Ingredients
Thinly sliced Ribeye Steak
1 each - Green Bell Pepper
1/2 each - Red Bell Pepper
Soft french buns
Firebird Sauce
Guda and Swiss Cheese
Preparation
Start out by thinly slicing your ribeye steak. Get your flattop griddle fired up in which I personally prefer to cook on high heat. Add the veggies and get them sauteed. Add the ribeye next. Open the buns and make sure they are buttered then place them on the flattop. While the buns are getting toasted add the cheese to the veggie mix. Scoop the cheese steak into the buns, add the Poundtown Firebird Sauce and enjoy!
