About the Recipe


Steak Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. 80\20 ground beef

  • 4 brioche buns

  • 4 slices of your favorite cheese.

  • 1/3 C butter, melted for the toasted buns

  • Smashed Original Sauce


Roll out your 1 lb. ground beef into 4-4oz balls. Apply cooking spray or oil to the griddle surface. Place the four-ground beef ball on the griddle surface. Smash the patties really thin. Season with your favorite seasoning. Cook 3-4 minutes then flip burger and immediately apply cheese. Butter both sides of buns and cook 1-2 minutes or until browned. Cook the Smashburger another 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Add all your favorite toppings and drizzle with Poundtown Smashed Original Sauce.
